As the Vice President of Operations, Hermmans oversees that high quality floors are installed properly according with flooring industry standards for both Residential and Commercial properties around the DC Metro, MD, and VA area, since 1999. Hermmans attends annual Green conferences, seminars and is a member of the National Wood Flooring Association. He is certified in many programs such as Wilson Art, Pergo, Armstrong, Mirage, and DuraCeramic flooring. Also Hermmans holds title for Independent Wood Flooring Inspector and attended Bonax and Basics Sanding & Refinishing School.
